The Challenge

De Rycke Gebroeders operates a network of concrete plants across Belgium — fixed factories, mobile installations, and floating platforms on ships. Without a central system, departments worked in silos with paper-based processes. Maintenance was reactive, visibility was lacking, and there was no measurable quality standard.

The Solution

A full-stack enterprise web application that serves as the digital nerve center of the organization. One interface connecting stock management with automated purchase orders, maintenance with photo-based inspections and gamified cleaning, a sales CRM synced to SharePoint, and AI-powered reporting that lets anyone ask questions in natural language. Six user roles with 40+ granular permissions ensure everyone sees exactly what they need. Optimized for tablets on the shop floor, with a companion mobile app for field technicians.
