The Challenge
De Rycke Beton managed 6+ concrete sites across Belgium using paper logs and spreadsheets. Stock levels were inaccurate, maintenance was reactive instead of proactive, and there was no visibility across sites.
The Solution
We built BetonStock Manager — a centralized web application that gives real-time visibility into every site. Smart alerts notify when stock runs low, a digital maintenance calendar replaces paper agendas, and a cleaning leaderboard gamifies safety compliance.
