The Challenge

Field workers relied on paper checklists for safety procedures. Lockout-Tagout (LoTO) compliance was inconsistent, and there was no proof of completed maintenance tasks.

The Solution

We built a Progressive Web App that enforces safety-first workflows. Workers must complete mandatory safety gates before starting tasks, take photos as proof of work, and follow structured checklists by zone. The app works offline for field use.
