Welding crews, subcontractors, and site managers typically manage planning in shared Excel files. Personnel certificates (welding, Limosa, DIMONA, VCA, aerial work platform) live in scattered folders with no early warning before expiry, and project-leader input often slips through the cracks.

The Solution

Forge is a demo planning hub that automates most of the scheduling while preserving the team's familiar Excel workflow, so project-leader input is consistently captured. Every person has a digital document vault; the system mails subcontractors automatically when certificates are about to expire or are missing. Site managers consult the planning and pull up documents straight from their phone on the work site.
